Show Up

Show up at the appointment. If you have not reserved your space any left places will be distributed on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Payment

You pay the personal/assisted training fee at the appointment directly to the trainer.

Workout 

Wear a mask for your personal/assisted training and keep social distance at all times.
